If the student is absent
- Please inform the teacher at least 3 hours in advance.
- The class can be rescheduled once.
- If the rescheduled class is also missed, it will be counted as attended (paid) — except in rare urgent or unavoidable circumstances. If the teacher is able to reschedule, she will do her best to arrange a make-up class.

If the teacher is absent
- The teacher will inform students at least 3 hours in advance (this rarely happens).
- The class will be rescheduled at a time suitable for both the student and the teacher.

Important notes
- Payment should be made between the 1st and the 7th of each month.
- The monthly subscription is £50 for four classes. If a month has a fifth class, the fee remains the same — as part of our flexibility and fairness.

- A photo of your payment proof — to confirm your monthly subscription. We do not collect or store any card or banking details.

- Once you are no longer studying with us, you may contact us to request the removal of your personal data and we will delete it.
- Ghiras Academy offers educational services for both adults and children. For students under the age required by applicable laws, parental or guardian consent may be required before collecting personal information.
- Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review, update, or request deletion of their child's information.
- We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and appropriate learning environment for all students.
